Terms
23 October 2026
These terms cover email to and from addresses at webbyfox.co.uk, and the use of this site. Work we do for a client is covered by the agreement for that work. If that agreement says something different, the agreement wins.
Writing to us
You may email us about a project, an invoice, or a message we sent you. Do not use the address to send bulk mail, malicious attachments, or anything you do not have the right to send. We may refuse or delete mail that is unlawful, abusive, or obviously automated.
Mail we send
Messages from Webbyfox are from Yira Ltd, trading as Webbyfox. A message about a project is part of that work. A message you subscribed to can be stopped with the link in the message, or by replying and asking. Delivery is not guaranteed: spam filters, a full mailbox, and a wrong address all stop a message, and we will not always know.
Security
Ordinary email can be copied or read in transit. Do not send passwords, full card numbers, or other secrets by email unless we have agreed a safer method first. We will not ask you for a password by email.
This site
email.webbyfox.co.uk publishes this privacy policy and these terms. It is not a mailbox you can sign in to. The pages are provided as they are, and we may update them. The date at the top is the date of the current version.
Liability
We are not liable for a message that does not arrive, or for loss caused by relying on email when a written agreement was required. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales decide disputes about them.
